Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were creatively designed with grass-like walls, good access to power points, and unique small windows facing downwards. However, the service was lacking as they couldn't find my reservation easily and weren't very proactive in solving issues. The location was convenient, being close to the central railway station, but there were some disappointments with the dining options and lack of attention to detail.
The hotel offers a wonderful view of the historic center and good access to power points in the rooms, but the Jacuzzi was not working. The service accommodated an earlier check-in request, but there were issues with finding reservations at the reception. The location is very close to everything in the old city center, while the dining options included good food but lacked pastries. Despite these, the hotel provides a comfortable stay and friendly service.
The hotel offers a wonderful view of the historic center, with walls made of grass, which is a fantastic addition. The room had 3 beds but only cold water in the basin. The location is quiet yet just a few minutes walk away from restaurants, making it a central spot. However, the service had issues with finding my reservation and lacked proactive assistance. While the female receptionist accommodated my request for an earlier check-in, there were some challenges with the air-conditioning remote control.
